Suggested Use
30-40 drops (1.5-2 mL) in juice or water. Take as needed to control bleeding.
Contraindications
Do not use during pregnancy or if you are taking blood-thinning or anti-platelet medication.
ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
To strengthen vascular integrity use dietary sources of flavonoids such as blueberries, cherries, blackberries, green tea, beets, etc. To increase platelet activity increase dietary consumption of dark green leafy vegetables, which are rich in vitamin K.
