CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or lactation. Use cautiously with ulcer or gastritis. May cause nausea in overdose.

Polygala
This product is excellent for producing a calming effect that relieves anxiety without causing fatigue. It also seems to improve my mood, and is effective against insomnia when administered shortly before retiring at night . It works best in doses of 40 drops administered three or four times daily.
