Include carrots, GLA, Osteoherb, hulled sesame seeds, broccoli, almonds, dark green leafy vegetables, oats and seaweed in the diet. Calcium absorption is dependent on adequate hydrochloric acid, bile, Vitamin D, unsaturated fatty acids, magnesium and boron. Also useful is calcium hydroxyapatite. Excess phosphorus and saturated fats may inhibit calcium absorption.
