Stress & anxiety are not always bad & can help us overcome a challenge or dangerous situation. Unmanageable stress & anxiety can be unhealthy, both physically & psychologically. Ingredients: Blue Cohosh, Black Cohosh, Blue Vervain, Skullcap & Valerian in a base of pure vegetable glycerine.
Directions: As a herbal supplement take 1-2 droppersful three times a day or as directed by your health care professional.
