Suggested Use
15-30 drops (0.75-1.5 mL) in juice or water. Take 10-15 minutes before meals. Sprayer suggested use: 1-2 sprays on the tongue. Take 10-15 minutes before meals.
Contraindications
Do not use if you have hyperchlorhydria. Use cautiously if you have gastric uclers or gastritis.
ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Eat slowly, chew thoroughly and eat simple meals. Avoid drinking large amounts of cold liquids with meals. Relax at meals; do not eat while standing up, watching TV or when you are upset.
