About Amla
Amla is used in Ayurvedic medicine as a Rasayana or rejuvenative remedy. While older research described Amla as being rich in vitamin C, some newer research disputes these findings. Regardless of which research is accurate, it does have high levels of polyphenols, which give Amla its activity.
