30-40 drops (1.5-2 mL) in juice or water. Take 3 times per day.
Contraindications
Do not use during pregnancy.
ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Essential fatty acids (EFA's) like Flax seed oil, Evening Primrose seed oil, Vitamin E and Purslane. Also useful are increased B complex vitamins, calcium and magnesium. Additional herbs beneficial for women's health include Dong Quai, Lady's Mantle, Partridge Berry, Chinese Asparagus root and Solomon's Seal.
